1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the HEM Hotels website (hem-hotels.net) or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Reservations and Booking
2.1 Booking Process
All reservations are subject to availability. A reservation request submitted through our website is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us.
2.2 Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time: 3:00 PM
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
2.3 Age Requirement
Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation and check in.
3. Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation: Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in date.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in will be charged one night's room rate.
No-Show: Failure to check in without prior cancellation will result in charges for the full reservation amount.

4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. A valid credit card is required to hold your reservation.
4.2 Payment Timing
Payment is due upon check-in unless otherwise arranged. We may pre-authorize your credit card to verify funds.
4.3 Pricing
All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change. The price confirmed in your reservation email is guaranteed.
5. Guest Responsibilities
As a guest, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when making a reservation
- Respect other guests and hotel property
- Comply with hotel policies and local laws
- Pay for any damages caused to hotel property
- Not engage in illegal activities on hotel premises
- Not smoke in non-smoking rooms
6. Pet Policy
Pets are allowed in designated pet-friendly rooms only. Pet policy:
- Pet fee: $25 per night per pet
- Maximum 2 pets per room
- Pets must be supervised at all times
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets
- Pets must not be left unattended in rooms
7. Limitation of Liability
HEM Hotels shall not be liable for:
- Loss or damage to personal property
- Injuries sustained on hotel premises (except where caused by our negligence)
- Interruption of services due to circumstances beyond our control
- Third-party services or websites linked from our site
We recommend guests obtain travel insurance for comprehensive coverage.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pueblo County, Colorado.
